Graphic Design Services

The vendor is required to provide that r graphic design, formatting, and production service.
-The front and back cover of the State Plan shall be designed using the department branding guidelines, logo, and colors.
-All creative services necessary for production, including, but not limited to, design, typesetting, formatting, and sizing of files, editing, photographic services, and purchase of stock photos and artwork
-This includes, but is not limited to:
•Facilities and any venues used for meetings/conferences are accessible;
•Requested accommodations are provided in a timely manner; and
•Written and printed materials developed in accessible formats or providing access to alternative formats.
