The vendor is required to provide infographic design for performance indicator dashboard province oversees the development and maintenance of the agency performance indicator dashboard, which is a comprehensive monthly and quarterly report that captures trends in about 40 performance indicators for the province’s executive team (ET).
- Utility focused design: create a design focused on clarity and relevance in data presentation.
- Adaptability for future use: ensure infographics can be easily updated to reflect new indicators and data.
- Guidance for maintenance and enhancements: provide guidance for making changes to the infographics to meet evolving needs.
- The proposal must include the following:
oThe legal name of the proponent
oDetails of any subcontracting arrangements proposed by the proponent.
• The proposal should include:
oA brief corporate background, especially pertaining to experience on similar projects (including project references)
oThe location of the proponent’s head office and, if applicable, service centers.
oThe legal name and address of any proposed sub-contractors.
oA proponent contact for all questions and clarifications arising from the proposal; include the person’s title, address including email, telephone, and facsimile number.
• In the case of proponent team proposals, the proposal must also:
oIdentify the members of the proponent team and the prime proponent who will be the proponent team’s contact with the department.
oProvide the legal name of the prime proponent; and
oDescribe the role of the prime proponent and each proponent team member.
• In the case of proponent team proposals, the proposal should:
oProvide the location of the head office and, if applicable, service centers for each proponent team member.
oProvide the legal name of each proponent team member; and
oDemonstrate a proponent team management approach that will ensure, for the duration of the contract, clear lines of communication and delivery of services.
- Protect Personal Information against any unauthorized access, use, disclosure, loss, destruction or alteration;
- Immediately advise the Province of any actual or potential unauthorized access, use, disclosure, destruction or alteration of Personal Information and provide all reasonable assistance to the Province to prevent or remedy the same; and
- Provide the Province with any information regarding the Contractor’s security measures that the Province may require to verify compliance with the Act.
- Provide with regard to the use, collection, access, security, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction of the Personal Information.
