The vendor is required to provide by health awareness marketing and graphic design services being offered by the department of general services.
- Provide marketing and graphic design support services to the commission and shall make available all marketing and design materials to each student health center.
- Campaign development:
• Marketing campaign to promote the college student rights to access act program to the eligible population, including non-English speaking populations.
• This campaign may include, but is not limited to, print, video, broadcast, digital, online (social media), and email promotional vehicles, as well as community outreach activities.
• The contractor must report to the commission the effectiveness and/or shortcomings associated with each campaign activity.
• Graphic design, collateral and print/digital content creation.
• Ensure content is consistent and accurate.
• Traffic content through appropriate levels of subject matter expert review.
• Collaborate by reviewing, providing input, assessing work products and materials provided with the commission.
• Design and creation of ready-to-fill and downloadable (pdf, word, web-based form, etc.) content hosted on web-based platform to include individually branded graphic design, collateral, social media toolkits, pamphlets/brochure templates, signage, posters and informational flyers for use by student health centers to promote and improve awareness of medication abortion services on campus; instructions and directions for completing and downloading the above-referenced content.
• Deliver (via drop box, email, web-based, etc.) design files in addition to the final product files.
