UX Designer Services

The Vendor is required to provide a creative UX designer to focus on developing intuitive and engaging user experiences for education administrative systems.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating user-centric designs and a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by administrative staff in educational institutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and educational administrators to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Execute all stages of the design process from concept to final hand-off to engineering, including wire framing, prototyping, and user interface design.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Develop and maintain personas, user journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Ensure designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and standards.
- Current with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Advocate for the end-user throughout the development process and ensure that user experience is prioritized.
- Design solutions that streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
- Project meetings, or on-site assessments, depending on project needs.
