The vendor is required to provide that recreation facility signage services for include:
1. Fabrication:
• Upon design approval, production of the sign.
• Supply mounting hardware as required.
2. Graphic design:
• Design specifications are there be change orders that differ from the listings of approval will be required from the city.
changes may be a result of the bidder’s vison or the result from the consultation of a donor.
• Submission of graphic designs depicting signage on renderings of the building for the city’s approval.
• Consultations with both the city and with each respective donor (as desired) to create a design which reflects their contribution
• Contracts between the city and the donors may have specifications which will need to be adhered to.
3. Installation:
• Installation of signage.
• Tools, equipment, labor and materials needed to install signed is the responsibility of the contractor.
4. Final:
• Once the installation of the signage is complete, a final inspection walkthrough between the bidder and owner will take place to ensure there are no required changes.
