The Vendor is required to provide a graphic design services to develop up to eight comprehensive public health media campaigns over the next five years; provider will create clear, engaging, and culturally relevant visual materials that support public health education, outreach, and community engagement across diverse populations; All campaign materials for each project must be easily adaptable for use in print, digital, and social media formats.
- Campaign Designs & Creative Development
• Develop comprehensive visual campaigns concept aligned with public health goals.
• Produce template graphic design assets that may include posters, brochures, infographics, social media content, web graphics, and billboards.
• Ensure messaging is clear, evidence-informed, and tailored to Chautauqua County audiences.
• Provide at least three initial creative concepts for review before finalization for each campaign.
• Deliver editable source files.
- Collaboration & Project Coordination
• Participate in planning meetings with County staff to refine goals and messaging priorities.
• Provide project timelines with milestones for drafts, revisions, and final deliverables.
• Incorporate feedback promptly and provide up to three rounds of revisions per deliverable.
- Production & Deliverables
• Provide editable assets optimized for print, social media, websites, and outreach campaigns.
• Supply file packages organized by theme, size, and platform.
• Provide templates for ongoing content creation by County staff.
