Signage Services

The vendor required to provide signage services on an as required basis.
- Signage overview
•    3m vinyl graphics using scotch Cal series 220 colors
o    Text sizes: 1", 1.5”, 2", 4”, 6", 9”, 10" and 12”
•    Vinyl logos and symbols using scotch Cal series 220 colors
o    Logo and symbol sizes:  3", 5”, 7”, 10” and 12"
•    Clear mylar strips for elevator lobby directional signs
o    Strip with or without lettering - 29” x 2”
•    Plexiglas signboards, two (2) millimeter non-glare acrylic with edges bevelled smooth
o    Options: clear non-glare, back painted        
•    Aluminum reflective sign plates
o    Engineer grade in white, corners radiused and mounting holes
•    Coroplast, black, white or color; may be direct print or print and adhere vinyl
•    Raised lettering:
o    Black foam core panel with plastic laminate finish
o    Gold aluminum lettering on ½” Sintra
o    Text sizes: 6", 12”, 18” and 24”
•    Aluminum composite panel (3mm or 6mm); may be direct print or print and adhere vinyl
•    Print and cut vinyl lettering
•    Signicade sandwich boards

•    Beaded braille and tactile signage to meet accessibility standards
•    Printed mural vinyl, fire rated with country ul coding
•    Upon request, the contractor shall provide agency with an up-to-date scotch Cal series 220 specifier card of color samples.
- Workmanship
•    Correct vinyl and paint colors as specified
•    All vinyl text applied to signs level with bottom of sign, letters smooth, free of wrinkles, air pockets, frayed or rough edges and as specified on the drawings
•    Edges of metal and aluminum signs to be radiused or route red smooth
•    Plexiglas to be clean and free from scratches
- Pre-installation and installation
•    Prepare existing surfaces as required ensuring wall surface is level and true, and glass surfaces are clean with no defects that would show through the vinyl graphics.
•    Remove all dust, dirt, and other surface debris as required to provide a smooth surface for the signage installation.
•    All material supplied shall be new and of style and quality specified.
•    Must be on-site within three (3) days of receiving a written request from agency.
•    Standard delivery time is within one (1) week of receipt of order.
•    Rush orders are to be delivered within 24 hours of receipt of order.
•    Protect their own work, existing finishes, building structures, and components during the work.  
•    Repair any damages incurred, as a result of, or attributed to their work. 
•    This repair shall be done at their own expense or reimbursed to others who repair such damages.
•    Ensure that the workplace is safe for use by the owner and clientele at all times during the work.
•    Be responsible for removing waste material and debris from the site during construction to maintain a clean work area at the end of each day.
•    A final cleaning shall be done after work is completed.
