Customer Info Signage Services

The vendor required to provide customer info signage (size, substrate, color process, quantity, finishing) that will be required but not limited to for this request.
- Requirements
•    Need to include in their proposal samples of previously completed projects reflecting the same scope of items being requested within this statement of work (tower wide medium, freestanding external medium and freestanding internal wide) 
•    Dart reserves the right to conduct a site visit at any time of the vendors’ and subcontractors’ printing or finishing facility.
•    Dart reserves the right to approve all subcontractors the vendor may use in the production of a project. 
•    The vendor must have 100% scheduling control of the printing facility being used. 
•    Vendor must be capable of utilizing dart art files; mac adobe creative cloud, pdf files require a full version of adobe acrobat. 
•    Vendor will evaluate digital files upon receipt, provide trapping in addition to adjusting files to secure the highest quality product. 
•    Provide proof to confirm final size and color of finished product within 24 hours of receipt of artwork. 
•    Signed delivery tickets must accompany all final invoices, invoices to include job name, number, quantity, po#; delivery tickets must confirm location and date of delivery.
•    The highest quality printing is required. 
•    Printing is to be produced in register, without defects such as but not limited to hickeys, streaks, scratches, ghosting on images, no water spots on solids or images. 
•    Solids are to be smooth full coverage with even inking without streaks on solid color or images, no banding on graduated tones. 
•    Industry standards for ink density must be maintained for specified substrate and stock(s). 
•    Appropriate amount of ink on substrate(s) is required. 
•    Correct trimming, die-cutting, binding must be provided as detailed within each project work order.
