Graphic Recording Services

The Vendor is required to provide graphic recording services, in support of the county executive team and future projects and initiatives.
- Provide the following services depending on the assignment:
•    Graphic recorder to create a short animation or video that explains a complex statutory framework to an audience of general public persons 
•    Create graphics for outreach efforts and partnerships 
•    Design digital and print materials for community events, programs and initiatives 
•    Include a video of less than 2 minutes and up to five graphics and illustrations 
•    Deliverables will be posted online and potentially used in connection with outreach efforts to inform the public and stakeholders about the impacts of the statutory framework on local governments
•    Work closely with county executive staff to ensure visuals are accessible, inclusive, and impactful.
