The Vendor is required to provide to procure a turnkey digital signage solution for cloud based digital signage software that can integrate with momentus API.
- Software should have unlimited user capability and onboarding for the users. Interested in a 5 year subscription.
- Replacing all current hardware including new commercial displays, media players, mounting hardware and cabling. Include costs for installation & labor, as well as the maintenance and support plan for hardware and software.
- Item include:
•    1 CMS, cloud hosted digital signage software (5YRS subscription) Integration with momentus API (EBMS software)
•    42 Licenses total - for players listed below:
•    35 10.1" Digital Signs with built in players (touch screen not necessary) 400 nits 24/7 functionality POE
•    7 Media Players
•    7 55" Digial Signs 500 nits 4K (UHD)
•    1 Hardware cabling & adjustable / “Fusion” or similar pullout mounts for large signs
