Graphic Design and Visual Content Services

The Vendor is required to provide graphic design, visual content, printing, fabrication, and installation services on an as needed basis.
- Products:
• Wall wraps and murals.
• Wall vinyl graphic printing and production.
• Retractable pull up banners, 32” x 82” approx.
• Regular banners.
• Posters.
• Gallery wrapped canvas art prints.
• Photo and art prints.
• Face mounted acrylic prints.
• Acoustic panel.
• Standout mount.
• Custom framing.
• Window and cut vinyl.
• Wayfinding signage and dimension.
o New and existing construction and other work (including minor patching and painting).
• Signage.
• Marketing print materials.
• Direct mail materials.
• Interior and exterior signs on multiple materials such as:
o Vinyl.
o Cintra.
o Silk.
• Dimensional wrap solutions.
• Plaque printing and production on multiple substrates.
- Product production, the vendor must demonstrate the ability to provide the following services:
• Professional installation services, including:
o Wall wraps.
o Acrylic installations.
o Any rigid graphic artwork such as frames and canvas displays.
• Onsite art consultation.
• Graphic design
• Canvas stretching of original paintings.
• Historic image acquisition.
• Photography services:
o Formal headshot photographs of corporation staff.
o Corporation scheduled special events and hospital-related environmental photographs (i.e., photos of caregivers working in clinical settings of the hospital).
• Access to use a large library of images.
• Digital media development services.
