Wayfinding Message Services

The Vendor is required to provide to modify and update messaging on existing exterior wayfinding signage on college’s campus due to the renovation of the building to become the new student services center.
- The college currently has approximately (125) exterior site wayfinding signs on campus varying in type and size.
- This contract will include modification to (64) signs of varying type and size, including the replacement of (12) digitally printed vinyl campus map graphics that are applied to existing signs in place, and the re-messaging of (52) existing signs which will require repainting and new vinyl messaging.
- Signs panels installed with z-clips may be able to be removed and modified in shop; sign panels that are welded must be repainted onsite.
- Temporary signage and sign panels are required in locations where any sign panels are removed.
- This work will include, but not be limited to, furnishing all labor, operations, materials, accessories, incidentals, services and equipment required to complete this work.
