The Vendor is required to provide for signage services.
- Provide a Signage submittal which include fabrication, installation methods and materials in adherence to County Standards.
- Provide replacement signed in English, Spanish, and Braille to match existing styles, finishes, fonts and vinyl colors.
- Conduct onsite measurements and evaluate current signage to match materials and design accurately
- Determine optimal placement for each sign, considering ADA height and reach requirements, and prepare a marked-up layout or floor plan for approval.
- Fabrication & Printing
• Fabricate signage using durable substrates (e.g., acrylic, metal) with non-glare matte finishes.
• Include engraved or molded raised lettering, Braille, and pictograms where appropriate.
• Maintain brand consistency by matching existing font styles, vinyl colors, and hardware.
- Take precautions to ensure no damage to product, through moving, storage or installation. All signs shall be cleaned and in pristine condition upon installation. Contractor is responsible for the replacement of any damaged signage at full replacement cost.
