- Develop a Budget: estimates for proposed GIS enhancements and implementations.
- Data Solutions: tailored to the City’s operational needs.
- Governance: Establish a governance framework to manage GIS resources effectively; provide details about their capabilities and methodologies that address pertinent areas of interest. Including but not limited to:
- Assessment Report - Conduct a thorough analysis to establish a baseline understanding of the current GIS infrastructure and identify areas for improvement:
• Baseline Assessment: Evaluate the current GIS infrastructure and resources.
