GIS Services

The vendor is required to provide GIS services for a 3-year contract for “as-needed” professional services for the management and maintenance of the township’s current GIS data, ArcGIS.
- Meeting’s attendance:
• On-site support and attendance at township meetings, as needed, as it relates to maintenance and improvements of the GIS system and its use.
- Address licensing:
• vendor is required to evaluate the current licensing(desktop/online) and provide recommendations as needed;
o Provide an assessment of the current number of users, types of users, and frequency of use.
o Provide recommendations of possible modifications/improvements of licensing
- Existing database:
• Condition and completeness
• Database design and schema for optimization
• Recommendations of work tasks and user experience, efficiency, accuracy, consistency and completeness
- Ongoing assistance:
• Including hardware and ArcGIS support
• As-builts for current and existing projects (township and private)
• Continue with work currently in progress with all the township DPW layers
• As needed mapping assistance for planning/zoning, elections, and/or any other departments.
