Enterprise GIS Environment and Annual Support Services

The vendor required to provide enterprise GIS environment and annual support services for include:
•    Conduct a pre-upgrade meeting with county staff and IT contractor to discuss timeline, on-site visits, and understand current infrastructure. 
•    Review of current system and recommendations for upgrade 
•    Conduct the upgrade, documenting all steps to perform the upgrade 
•    Ensure all existing data, applications, processes, etc. are functioning properly, subject to county staff approval 
•    Deliver documentation of steps to perform the upgrade 
•    Conduct a post-upgrade meeting with county staff to discuss recommendations for a future upgrade, confirm block hour support personnel, and contact information.
- Their Esri GIS enterprise environment from 10.8.1 to at least 11.X (at the most 11.3).
- The on-site enterprise was launched in 2020 and is currently being used to host geographic data, web maps, and collaborates with our work order management system in city works.
