The vendor is required to provide various mental health education services for department district supervisors and employees.
- Services shall include meetings, presentations, curriculum development, training, and phone coaching, survey and summary reports.
- Mental illness not only directly impacts health care costs, including disability costs, but it also significantly impacts employee's productivity, working relationships with others, their sense of inclusion and belonging, and their ability to maintain safety.
- Provide training presentations and materials at least two weeks prior to the training date, for review and approval by department district leaders and wellness program staff.
- Formulate a mutually agreeable training implementation plan; meet on an as needed basis to facilitate the implementation and administration of the training plan.
- Develop one in-person supervisor training session; the supervisor training session should be 2-4 hours in length and cover mental health topics requested by district leaders; vendor shall include specific information provided by department in the training sessions
- Develop in-person employee training sessions; the employee training sessions should be 2-3 hours in length and cover mental health topics identified in training topic list.
- Provide one-on-one telephone follow up coaching for district supervisors and managers based on the training; phone call durations shall be charged at hourly rate.
- Provide summary reports within 10 working days to department to include:
• Post training synopsis
• Recommendations for future training sessions
• Sign-in sheets
• Class-evaluation survey
- Provide an updated list of all vendor personnel or subcontractors at each job site and comply with all security measures required by department.
