The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive employee health benefits administration and related services for its self-funded benefit programs.

- These materials may include, but are not limited to, information related to ASO medical, stop loss, pharmacy benefit services, ASO dental, and vision services, including claims experience reports, enrollment data, plan summaries, and financial information.
- Offerors are hereby instructed to thoroughly review all attached reports and documentation, as such information is integral to understanding the county’s current benefit structure, utilization patterns, financial exposure, and administrative requirements across all requested service lines.
- Shall rely on these materials in preparing their proposals, including, but not limited to, pricing assumptions, network access strategies, stop loss coverage recommendations, pharmacy benefit coordination, and administrative approaches for medical, dental, and vision services.
