Permanent Physician Recruitment Services

The vendor is required to provide that permanent physician recruitment services to assist agency in conducting searches and sourcing of candidates for, but not limited to, specialty and primary care physicians, advanced practice providers (APP) and certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNA).
- Agency has a need for physicians in the following fields:
• Anesthesiology; 4
• Otolaryngology (ENT);
• Physical medicine and rehabilitation and
• Occupational medicine.
- Required documents:
• The following forms must be submitted with each proposal:
o Equal employment opportunity policy statement
o Minority and women-owned business enterprise (MWBE) utilization plan service-disabled veteran-owned business (SDVOB) utilization plan respondent data form
o Non-collusive bidding certification
o Disclosure, affirmation and certification in accordance with state finance law
o Quantitative factor credit questionnaire
o Sexual harassment policy statement
o Signed agency standard clauses
o Vendor proposal
- Service requirements:
• The vendor(s) shall provide provider placement services for various specialties.
• The vendor(s) shall provide all services necessary to recruit and provide qualified candidates for positions for the duration of the contract period.
• The vendor(s) shall be required to perform the following recruitment related services:
oDevelop a solid understanding of the job responsibilities and requirements for the staff positions.
oCustomize and conduct an effective recruiting campaign to attract qualified candidates who will succeed in agency.
oPerform preliminary screening of candidates to ensure they have met the specified qualifications and requirements before referring them to agency.
oConduct full background search, investigation, and references on candidates selected for interviews.
oManage and facilitate the recruitment and selection process.
onotify and ensure that the appointed candidates selected will remain in the position
• The vendor must possess a comprehensive recruitment process from candidate identification through final appointment.
