The vendor is required to provide cultural resources survey services to, cleaning pipes by removing debris and other obstructions, conducting closed circuit television (CCTV) inspections, preparing the sewer interior for liner installation, replacing or rehabilitating existing maintenance hole (MH) frames and covers, installing temporary access structures, reinstating other sewers connections, and performing temporary trench resurfacing.
- Cultural resources surveys and technical reports:
• The cultural resources studies shall be prepared in compliance with the act and shall be completed by or under the direction of qualified staff.
• Provide digital copies of the final technical studies in MS word format and pdf format impact analyses shall include but not be limited to the following:
1. Archeological resources evaluation
• An archaeological resources evaluation to identify and determine any potential impacts to archeological resources at the locations within the project area.
• All work must be performed or directed by a qualified archeologist.
• The state native american heritage commission (NAHC) for review of their sacred land file.
• Please note: ab 52 consultation is not anticipated for this project.
2. Paleontological resource survey
• As applicable, perform a paleontological resources records search and provide a report of findings and recommendations for such resources, if any.
