The Vendor is required to provide by recruitment assessment and testing services.
- The county’s core businesses are public safety, public works, construction management, public health, environmental protection, regional planning, public assistance, social services, and aviation.
- Provide a WebEx or video presentation about assessments, best practices, and the contractor implementation process.
- Provide a get started kit, which includes items such as checklists, communication templates, and planning resources to county.
- Provide a comprehensive set of templates and tools to county.
- Provide a sample list, catalog or library of validated off-the-shelf assessments for a variety of competencies and subject matters as requested by county; for example:
• Accounting analytical ability
• Behavioral competencies budget and finance
• Case management
• Cognitive ability and reasoning critical thinking and decision making
• Emotional intelligence engineering
• Foreign language (bilingual fluency) healthcare and nursing
• Human resources information technology law enforcement
• Leadership, management and supervision
• Office skills
• Social and human services teamwork
• Trades writing skills
• Customer service
- Meet and communicate with HRS as needed. the contractor will be available to communicate via telephone and e-mail during normal orange county operating hours, i.e. Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm pacific standard time.
- Provide unlimited first-line phone support for county and first-line online and email support for candidates.
