- The selected provider shall have a proven track record of successfully assisting institutions in identifying and recruiting top-tier candidates for key leadership roles.
- Respondents shall have the knowledge, proficiency, and experience in higher education executive search services.
- Proposals should outline methodologies, past successes, and strategies for ensuring a diverse and competitive candidate pool.
- Positions may include, but are not limited to:
• President
• Deans
• Directors
• Vice President
• Chairs
• Assistant Deans
• Provost
• Chancellor.
