The vendor is required to provide executive coaching services for include:
• Facilitate a workshop for the program’s first year cohort of students annually aimed at helping students understand the executive coaching process and any associated technology
• Onboard up to 50 students annually and match them with an international coaching federation certified executive coach.
• Manage up to 100 students by year two of awarded contract.
• Conduct initial assessments to identify individual students’ coaching needs.
• Develop a personalized coaching plan for each student.
• Provide one-on-one virtual coaching sessions.
• Provide an account manager to connect with university’s program staff.
• Monitor and report on students’ progress.
• Meet with university quarterly to review student use and feedback.
• Provide a user-friendly online client scheduling portal for students’ use.
• Provide executive coaching program implementation feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement and success of use.
