The vendor is required to provide employee assistance program services for include:

• Provide confidential counseling services to employees and their families.

• Ensure counselors are licensed and experienced in dealing with various issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and family conflicts.

• Assist employees with work-life balance issues.
• Provide resources and support for managing personal and professional challenges.
• Offer services such as financial counseling, legal assistance, and childcare resources.
- Training and workshops
• Assist employees with work-life balance issues.
• Provide resources and support for managing personal and professional challenges.

- Critical incident response
• Offer immediate support and counseling in the event of a critical incident or workplace crisis.
