The Vendor is required to provide HR consulting supplier(s) will have significant experience in a minimum of one (1) or more of the following areas:
• Organizational Development and Staff Learning
• Talent and Performance Management
• Employee Benefits Portfolio Management
• Labor Relations
• Salary Administration and Compensation
• Retirement Programs (defined benefit, defined contribution and retiree health)
- Provide university locations with a system wide, centrally managed core of HR consulting firms to provide assessments, advisory, and delivery of various human resources initiatives.
- The selected Supplier(s) will provide HR consulting services for a variety of areas of support across the university campuses, health centers, and offices contained within strategic planning, employee/labor relations, talent management, staff development, senior management recruitment, compensation, performance management, development and maintenance of staff personnel policies, and other strategic initiatives.
- Areas may include, but are not limited to:
• System wide leadership, HR strategy & equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging, employee & labor relations, finance, general administration, compensation, benefits, retirement administration service center (RASC).
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
