Foster Care Retention and Recruitment Services

The Vendor is required to provide foster care retention and recruitment services and provide department with a foster care software module.
- Services include:
•    Recruit foster care families to participate in the foster parent program (special attention will be paid to recruit homes with the propensity to foster special needs children, high needs children, sibling groups and teenage children)
•    Coordinate support for foster care families and kinship homes
•    Provide training for foster parent initial certification that meets all training requirements.
•    Facilitate continual support groups for foster care and kinship families
•    Perform positive public relations for the program by utilizing available free media. 
•    This could include social media, print and television news submissions, public presentations, and sharing positive examples of the program with the public through a variety of means.
•    Provide bi-annual numbers around kinship support services and kinship events, including support groups.
•    Provide the monthly fee for utilizing the care portal
•    Provide bi-annual number of foster homes recruited and in the certification process
•    Provide the number of recruitment events
•    Provide bi-annual summary of paid media outreach
•    Provide bi-annual summary of care portal utilization.
