The Vendor is required to provide recruitment firms with demonstrated expertise in sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates for local government positions, specifically attorney-level positions.

• Conduct targeted outreach to recruit attorneys with relevant experience in municipal, civil, criminal, and/or administrative law
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidate pools
• Screen and present candidates that meet the city’s minimum qualifications and preferred experience
• Assist with reference checks, preliminary candidate assessments, and coordinating interviews
• Provide consultation on competitive compensation and market availability for attorney positions
