The Vendor is required to provide requires a strategic partner to expand its international student recruitment and partnership initiatives in county area.
- Increase the volume of international student enrollments and foster sustainable partnerships to diversify the college's student population.
- Responsibilities include:
• Representing college at student fairs, school visits, and partner meetings.
• Activating existing partnerships and developing new institutional relationships.
• Organizing webinars, town halls, and open house events for prospective students and families.
• Identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with universities, high schools, and government agencies.
• Conducting visa mock interviews and document reviews.
• Managing leads and offering application support to prospective students.
• Providing monthly reporting on activities, outcomes, and market insights.
• Supporting college delegations visiting south country.
- Company will:
• Recruit and onboard a mid-career in-country representative (ICR) based in India.
• Provide full HR, legal, and operational support, including compliance with local labor laws.
• Equip the ICR with the necessary it assets (laptop, phone, software).
• Develop job description, screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and present finalists to college for selection.
