The vendor is required to provide the services of multiple international student recruitment agents to promote academic programs and find prospective students to undertake academic programs.
- Provide first-hand information to prospective inbound international students about the university, its tuition and fees, graduate and undergraduate academic programs, campus life, and community.
- Screen prospective students for financial assets, qualifications for admission to the university, and English language proficiency, to the extent possible. Contractor will make reasonable efforts to assure that the applications submitted to the university are complete.
- Comply with all reasonable and lawful instructions from university, from time to time, concerning the marketing of educational services.
- Generate an optimal number of leads of prospective international students interested in enrolling for in person classes at the university, degree seeking programs and intensive English programs in-person.
- Promote itself in a professional and ethical manner and ensure that its marketing and other services and activities reflect best practice.
- Be honest in communicating information about itself and the university in published, oral, or any other form.
- Such information shall not be disclosed to any third-party or be used for any purpose other than as provided for under the terms of the agreement.
- Recruit students for multiple academic units/departments available at university, not limited to stem degrees and majors.
- University shall retain full discretion and control of admissions decisions consistent with its internal policies and procedures
- Responsible for the supervision of its staff to ensure that they accurately represent the university, its programs, and its policies.
