The Vendor is required to provide to coordinate the recruitment, screening and placement of such direct hires and temporary employees in accordance with the job descriptions provided by agency.
- The withholding and payment to the appropriate governmental agencies and reporting of all taxes and issuance to the employee of the W-2 forms at the end of each year, each as required by law.
- For each such temporary employee, insurance coverage as further detailed herein insurance claims pertaining to the noted insurance coverage.
- Agency will set the range/rate of compensation for each direct hire.
