Congregate Care Placement Services

The Vendor is required to provide congregate care placement services for children in the custody of the department secretary.
- Provide one or more of the following types of Foster Care Residential Placement Services (FCRPS):
•    No Eject/No Reject Program
•    Qualified Residential Treatment Program
•    Youth Residential Care
•    Residential Maternity Care
•    Secure Care
•    Staff Secure Care
•    Emergency Shelter
•    PATH (Preparing Adolescents for Transition and Housing) Care
o    Previously termed Transitional Living Placement(TLP) or Community Integration Placement
