The Vendor is required to provide human resource services, specifically recruitment and retention services that will support our organization in achieving its goals.
- Requirement:
• Design and deliver customized training and professional development programs to align with operational priorities.
• Facilitate interactive workshops, to include guided leadership dialogues, scenario driven learning, applied coaching simulations, leadership and supervisory development, and post-training reinforcement resources, in a variety of delivery formats to accommodate operational needs.
• Implement and customize the optimization of the applicant tracking system, to configure recruitment workflow, and create custom templates and communication tools tailored to department specific needs, while providing training and support for system launch and stabilization.
• Develop data-driven reporting dashboards and recruitment analytics.
