The Vendor is required to provide employee and benefit support services to its component school districts; among them is the outsourcing of an employee assistance program.
- Areas of assistance include but are not limited to the following:
• Family Problems
• Physical and Emotional Abuse
• Alcohol and Substance Abuse
• Mental Health Issues
• Divorce
• Childcare or Eldercare
• Debt Problems
• Legal Issues
• Life-Performance Coaching
• Personal Development & Training, including online resources
- A counselor will be on call twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven days a week for critical situations that may arise.
- Any contact with the program will be confidential except as exempted by law in cases of child abuse, a threat of harm to self or others, or unless the employee signs a release of information authorizing specific information to be released.
- Services will be provided to the employee at no cost including the initial counseling sessions.
