The vendor is required to provide for insurance consultant services to recommend specific techniques and procedures to assist the town of in identifying current and anticipated new exposures to loss.

• Analyze the town's current property and casualty insurance program.
• Review current employee benefits program to include medical, dental and life insurance.
• Develop, if necessary, alternative insurance program structures.
• Perform the tabulation and verification of bids received for all insurance programs.
• In conjunction with the finance director, make recommendations for the town to consider.
• Provide ongoing assistance in related risk management area.
• Review and make recommendations on renewals of insurance policies.
• Review all audits, endorsements and invoices for accuracy.
• Review and make recommendations annually concerning adequacy for town's insurance coverage.
• Assist with the development of employee communications in an effort to reduce workers' compensation and other losses.
• Provide an annual budget estimate for all insurance coverages for the town.
• Recommend specific techniques and procedures to assist the town in identifying current and anticipated new exposures to loss.
