- Services should include professional guidance for the maintenance of appropriate coverages, flood zone determinations and recommendations for NFIP flood policies, appraisals and accurate reporting of property values to underwriters, bus safety training videos, and online safety training programs, assistance in identifying new and emerging risks, and other appropriate and necessary services in the area of risk management.
