- This includes defining clear objectives and measurable goals for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring they are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART).
- A core component will be the development of a comprehensive digital roadmap that outlines key success metrics, realistic timelines with defined milestones, potential risks, and clear ownership and accountability for each phase.
- The advisor will help optimize resource allocation within the IT department, ensuring that technology investments translate into tangible improvements in service delivery and responsiveness.
- This involves identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions to improve IT operations through automation, thereby increasing overall productivity and efficiency.
