- Borough hall
• Load, install and maintain computer hardware and peripherals
• Assist users with issues relating to software and hardware
• Troubleshoot issues with software and hardware
• Install and maintain camera systems throughout borough. Monitor camera systems to ensure working correctly.
• Review and export camera footage when incidences occur
• Meet & work with outside vendors, such as copier companies and electricians, on projects needing to be done at borough hall
• Print out invoices for Verizon, VoIP phone company, email companies, etc. for items relating to it
• Monitor and adjust anti-virus and firewall software as needed
• Maintain system backups. Manual backups done once a week to cloud provider
• Maintain phone system and make adjustments or add users as needed
• Program and maintain access control system. Add and remove users as need be
• Run network wires at new locations as needed
• Meetings to consult on future needs or jobs needing to be done
• Moderator for zoom meetings for board of adjustment and planning board
• Maintain audio/video equipment and fix issues
