Information Technology Products and Related Services

The vendor is required to provide emergency preparedness, disaster recovery information technology (IT) products and related services.
- Products
• Emergency alert and notification systems
• Disaster identification systems
• Mass communication systems
o Products may include but are not limited to public address systems, digital signage, and mobile applications.
• Radios and mobile communications
• Mobile and static command centers
• Unmanned vehicles;
o Products include but are not limited to: drones, unmanned aerial vehicles, unmanned ground vehicles, remotely operated vehicles, unmanned aircraft system, unmanned underwater vehicle, counter drones, etc.
• Data vans
• Emergency communication and response systems;
o To include but not limited to specialized incident response trailers
• Sensors and monitoring systems
- Services
• Data backup and recovery
o To include but not limited to regular back-ups and cloud-based solutions
• Communication systems;
o To include but not limited to wireless emergency alert systems and platforms.
• Incident response
o To include but not limited to cybersecurity incident response and it infrastructure restoration
• Business continuity planning
• Disaster recovery as a service (DRAAS)
o To include but not limited to offsite recovery sites, virtualization, and cloud computing as it relates to disaster recovery and emergency preparedness.
- Out of scope
• Related services only (installation, maintenance, support, training, etc.) without also an associated product or service within scope. 
• Custom application development services. 
• Deliverables-based information technology services (DBITS). 
• Cloud broker services. 
• Cloud assessment services.
• Professional or consulting services as defined in chapter 2254 of the government code.
