- Requirement:
1. Network management 
• Ongoing monitoring and management of network infrastructure (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls). 
• Troubleshooting and resolution of network connectivity issues.
• Network security management, including VPN, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention.
2. Cloud services management
• Cloud infrastructure monitoring and optimization.
• Support for cloud-based applications (e.g., microsoft 365).
• Backup and disaster recovery planning for cloud-based data.
3. Cybersecurity services
• Implementation and management of security tools (anti-virus, firewalls, security patches).
• Regular vulnerability assessments and patch management.
• Security incident management and response.
• Data encryption and protection strategies.
4. IT support and helpdesk
• Business hours technical support for end-users (remote and onsite).
• Option for after-hours technical support if needed.
• Issue resolution for hardware and software problems.
• User access management (active directory, permissions, etc.).
• Assistance with facilitating open records requests.
5. Backup and disaster recovery
• Backup management for both on-premise and cloud data.
• Implementation of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Regular testing of disaster recovery processes.
6. Hardware and software management
• Procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT hardware.
• Software installation, patching, and version control.
• Vendor management for third-party software applications, including VoIP phone services.
7. Reporting and analytics
• Regular performance reports (e.g., network health, security status, service uptime).
• Semi-annual IT reviews.
• Service-level agreement (SLA) compliance reports, if needed.
