The Vendor is required to provide for overall consultancy, maintenance, service and repair for county IT infrastructure, software, advice, repair and service.

• Phish Test campaigns- 2 per year
• Annual Security Awareness training for employees
• Quarterly Penetration tests and Vulnerability scans
• Vendor management- ISP and Application providers
- Services include:
• Load, install and maintain computer hardware and peripherals.
• Assist users with issues relating to software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot issues with software and hardware.
• Assist and oversee and camera systems throughout city, including work by separate vendor in installing and maintain.
• Monitor camera systems to ensure working correctly.
• Review and export camera footage when incidences occur.
• Meet and work with outside vendors, such as copier companies and electricians, on projects needing to be done at city hall
• Assist and oversee the vendors that handle desk VoIP phones and wireless phones as well as internet provider.
• Monitor and adjust anti-virus and firewall software as needed.
• Maintain system backups, onsite, to cloud provider and off-network copy per JIF requirements.
• Maintain phone system and make adjustments or add users as needed.
• Program and maintain access control system.
• Add and remove users as need be.
• Run network wires at new locations as needed, and within parameters of this service contract. Special projects will be designated as such and will be quoted as add on service at the discretion of the business administrator.
• Meetings to consult on future needs or jobs needing to be done.
• Moderator for zoom meetings for board of adjustment and planning board.
• Assist and oversee the vendors that handle desk VoIP phones and wireless phones as well as internet provider.
