The vendor is required to provide computer network and information technology support services will provide, among other things, hardware, network, and software support, helpdesk, backup and recovery, remote access and on-site support, email maintenance and support, data security, and disaster recovery.

2. Network technician assistance
•    Server security settings and patches
•    Microsoft 365 support - gold partner preferred
•    Endpoint protection support
•    Remote screen share support
•    onsite support if needed
•    Backup for existing it staff when not available
•    Software and maintenance renewal management
•    Assist with software procurement
3. Technology consulting·
•    Project management
•    Policy management
•    Network auditing
•    Pre-purchase consulting
•    Engineering of network solutions
•    Security assessment and audits
•    Disaster and continuous operation planning
4. Automation (proprietary technologies)
•    24/7 network health checks, monitoring, and alarms – EDR solution preferred
•    Centralized log consolidation and archiving with at least one year log retention
•    Network health and performance monitoring and logging
•    Real-time remote management – screen connect preferred
•    Customized monitoring and alarming, if available
•    Client accessible monitoring dashboards, if available
•    Third party alarm notification, if available
5. Administrative and clerical
•    Server and application backup configuration, monitoring, and remediation
•    Network documentation
•    Asset life cycle tracking.
