•    Training for personnel (e.g., cybersecurity best practices)
•    Data back-up and disaster recovery planning
•    Helpdesk support
•    Voice over IP and telephone system administration
•    Mobile device administration
•    Risk management
•    Compliance and policy development
•    Project management
•    Performance monitoring and reporting
•    Integration with other systems and vendors as applicable.
