o Familiar with deployment, maintenance and support as well as integration.

o Familiarity with lightweight directory access protocol (LDAP) and its critical roles in an enterprise IT environment.
• Central authentication service (CAS)
o Familiarity with single sign on (SSO)
• Oracle business intelligence enterprise edition OBIEE
o Familiarity with configuration, support and monitoring, upgrading and developing within an OBIEE application
• Experience with secure enterprise search or elastic search
• Experience with PeopleSoft bolt-ONS and 3rd party plugins such as:

o familiarity with configuration, support and monitoring, and integrating duo MFA

o familiarity with configuration, support and monitoring and upgrading a right fax application
• Hyland on-base
o familiarity with configuration, support and monitoring and upgrading and integration with PeopleSoft
• Golden gate
o familiarity with configuration, support and monitoring, upgrading and developing within a golden gate application
• SaaS applications
o experience in configuring and supporting SaaS applications
• AWS cloud
o experience supporting PeopleSoft applications in the AWS cloud.
- Networking experience:
1. Cloud technology expertise
• Support in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure networking and services to enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
2. Planned maintenance and code upgrades
• Assistance with executing and managing scheduled maintenance and software upgrades for critical network infrastructure, including:
o Cisco NCS chassis
o Palo alto firewalls
o Juniper mx platforms
3. Ongoing support for legacy systems
• Many of our critical services still rely on legacy platforms that require dedicated support and maintenance.
• This includes:
o Radius authentication systems
o Rancid for network configuration management
o SSL certificate management
o Bind DNS and DHCP administration
o Custom scripts for automation and system monitoring
o Validation and maintenance of Cron jobs
4. Daily workload management
• The resource would play a key role in handling the day-to-day operations of the university network, including:
o Managing projects and tasks
o Handling and resolving support cases
o Troubleshooting network issues and providing proactive support
o Collaborating with internal teams to ensure network stability and security
