Information Technology Support Services

The vendor is required to provide information technology (IT) services to the corporation.
- Create IT redundancy
•    Gain and maintain a working knowledge of agency IT infrastructure and software so to be able to provide IT support in the absence of the IT director. 
•    Provide a single, primary point-of-contact to which agency can communicate issues and needs as they may arise. 
•    provide on-call, on-site service to agency 24 hours, 7 days a week, to assist with problems as they may arise, including providing guidance on cybersecurity and redundancy planning and response.
- Special projects
•    Consultant should be able to assist the IT director with special projects as they may arise, and to act as a sounding board on IT-related matters.
