IT Support and Maintenance Services

The vendor is required to provide IT support and maintenance services on an as-needed basis.
- Ongoing IT support is needed for both environments and to support center faculty, staff, and students as well as applicants who use devices at the center or remotely and access our platforms or software.
- Communicate regularly with center staff, agency staff and other providers of service to the center including our internet, phone, software, hardware, and remote learning and working providers as needed. 
- Expects all work to be clearly documented in detail. 
- Complete paperwork as needed in a timely manner. 
- Regular reports will detail the services provided. 
- All invoices submitted will include only approved work provided and will be submitted on a quarterly basis.
- Provide personnel who shall provide the services who are IT support and maintenance experts.
- Provide material and labor to complete the following services in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations:
•    Maintenance of multiple networks and servers and active directory (as needed).
•    Troubleshooting as needed to include internet connectivity issues and other concerns that may arise throughout the year including but not limited to programs or apps utilized in online learning, working remotely such as remote desktop and VPN, an online learning management system, and others.
•    Technical support to two college lab technicians;
•    Maintain and update software and hardware accessible by faculty, staff, and students in computer labs or remotely; on staff, faculty, and student computers, tablets, chrome books, or similar devices; and support to the users of these devices or software.
•    Meet regularly (i.e., generally on a monthly basis) with center leadership or designee to provide updates and discuss any issues identified or recurring.
•    Other related assignments as determined by the executive director or designee.
