The vendor is required to provide information technology (IT) services for the city, including but not limited to computers, audio visual, telephones, entry systems, security cameras, etc.
- The city will require 24/7 monitoring for our police department and 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. for all other departments.
- We currently have 36 desktops, multiple laptops, 2 servers and 36 email accounts.
- Most of our computers have been upgraded to windows 10 and 11 pro, but there are a few that have not.
- The new vendor is expected to recommend hardware upgrades for budgetary purposes, so that the city can plan and budget accordingly.
- The city runs the following programs:
• Law Trak (court and police)
• Nicholson business systems (financial software)
• Community core (permits and codes)
• Scads, captains, factory view, and MR systems (wastewater treatment plant)
• Point and pay (credit card processor).
