Onsite Managed Services

The Vendor is required to provide for an onsite managed services provider firm that has extensive experience in law enforcement and public safety networks and systems as requested by office.
- The onsite managed services provider firm will be participating as a team member under the direction of the office information services unit. 
- This unit is responsible for the implementation and support of public safety and law enforcement systems.
- 40 hour per week commitment.
- One or more individuals can fulfill this commitment. 
- Regular business hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
