IT Sourcing Consultant Services

The vendor is required to provide IT sourcing consultant services to the re-procurement of its major IT outsourced contract for network services.
- The city intends to retain industry expertise that will result in:
•    A high standard of procurement documentation that appropriately addresses all city business concerns; and
•    A third-generation of an outsourced network contract that will:
o    Increase customer satisfaction;
o    Increase value;
o    Lower operating costs, where possible;
o    Increase city IT redundancy and services flexibility; and
o    Lower the city’s exposure to risk of business disruption.
- Core enterprise IT services to the following providers:
•    Zensar technologies, inc., (network services); 
•    CGI technologies and solutions, inc. (applications development and maintenance services); and 
•    Zensar technologies, inc. (enterprise compute services and workplace services, including cross functional services).
