The Vendor is required to provide an essential tool to gain insights from industry leaders and experts who perform services in or related to service desk, end user services, networking, applications development and maintenance, security, disaster recovery, cloud management, and innovation.
- The IT&T services agreement operates under six service frameworks:
• Service Desk
• End User
• Network
• Data Center
• Applications
• Cross Functional (currently consists of various components, including but not limited to the following):
o Contract and Acquisition Management
o Asset Management
o Billing Management
o Enterprise Architecture
o Security Management
o Project Management
o Change Management
o Release Management
o Disaster Recovery
o Innovation Management.
