The Vendor is required to provide managed services provider (MSP) for it support services for the entire agency network architecture.
- The MSP shall provide comprehensive, scalable, predictable and proactive IT services for the organization.
- General IT Support
• 24x7 end-user helpdesk (remote and on-site when needed)
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware, including but not limited to: workstations, server, laptop, and organization mobile devices.
• Mobile device management solution to ensure management of all workstations, servers, laptops, and organization owned devices.
- Infrastructure and Cloud Services Management
• Administration, monitoring, and management of cloud servers and networking equipment.
• Support and maintenance for Windows and application servers.
• Network design, monitoring, and troubleshooting (including firewalls and Wi-Fi).
• Purchasing new equipment following federal procurement policies.
• Providing timely on-call PC support, including phone and email contact.
- Recommendations for computer and software replacement schedule, which shall include ordering, setup and delivery of equipment/software.
- Ensure all agency software receives the required patches and updates to ensure the system is maintained in a safe and up to date manner.
- Assist with website software hosting and maintenance.
- Opportunity to update organization website to combine all URL platforms.
- On-site Support: Availability within a reasonable response time of no more than four (4) hours for critical issues
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
